Check the labels of the chemicals to confirm that the chemical name, purity, CAS number, date of manufacture, shelf life, etc. are consistent with the order.

iii. Packaging check

Check whether the packaging of the chemical is intact and not broken or leaking. For hazardous chemicals such as flammable, explosive, corrosive, etc., the packaging should meet the appropriate safety standards.

IV. Quantity check

Confirm that the quantity or weight of the chemicals is consistent with the order.

V. Quality check

If possible, perform necessary quality checks such as appearance check, solubility test, purity test, etc.

VI. Documentation check

Check all documents accompanying the shipment, such as quality certificates, safety data sheets (MSDS), etc., to ensure that all information is accurate.

VII. Records

Keep detailed records of the inspection process and report any problems immediately.
